A new Vietnamese restaurant has opened adjacent to the Moxy Hotel at 1808 20th Avenue South.
The Vietnamese spot features Vietnamese street food, boba tea and Banh Mi, a sandwich that has been described as a crispy version of the french baguette filled with an assortment of proteins and vegetables.
On the menu, you can find fillings of pork, chicken, tofu, meatballs and more. Side items include pickled carrot and radish, bone broth, and poached egg in bone broth.
You can also find a selection of boba tea which does not contain any powder but made with fresh homemade ingredients all hand selected from Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam Boba teas. Dairy-free options are available for the teas by using almond or soy milk.
