Eastland Cafe is set to close this month, reports Nashville Scene.

A note was posted on the door sharing the news of the closure at the restaurant located at 97 Chapel Avenue.

It stated, “After 15 years of business, it is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the closing of Eastland Cafe. Saturday, January 23 will be our final day of service.”

They continued, Thank you to all of our patrons that have supported us through the years, we appreciate all of the support, love,and patronage you have given us. Thank you to our employees for your loyalty, support, and dedication to make Eastland Cafe a beloved landmark in East Nashville.”

Eastland Cafe opened back in 2006 and is owned by Yvette Thomas and Guillermo Thomas. The two also own Park Cafe and Pomodoro.
