Sylvan Park Restaurant Hathorne to Host Pop-Up Menu

Sylvan Park restaurant Hathorne is hosting a special event. Chefs John Stephenson and Evan LoJacono will team up with Edgar Victoria of Alebrije for a one-night-only pop-up, January 31, 4-8 pm. With an emphasis on tortas from Victoria’s hometown of Mexico City, the menu will feature a variety of local & seasonal ingredients. Also appearing will be a posole rojo ramen featuring handmade noodles from Black Dynasty Ramen, as well as house cream puffs with hibiscus jam. Preorders are required for both takeout and limited dine-in seating. The full menu is available here!

For Valentine’s Day, Hathorne will offer a romantic five-course dinner celebrating the best of local, regional, and seasonal ingredients. The menu will be available for groups of 2-6 and served fellowship style at $80/person with optional beverage pairings. Reservations are limited and available at 5pm and 8pm.
