The end of summer is near, and while you parents may be celebrating shipping the offspring back to school, you’ve probably heard plenty of whining about the beginning of another school year.

Never fear, it’s actually possible to have fun during the school year, and OZ Arts is teaming up with artist Beth Reitmeyer and Adventure Science Center to prove it. Here are 3 reasons not to miss OZ Arts Family Day.

3 Reasons Not to Miss OZ Arts Family DaY

1. The kids will have so much fun, they won’t even notice that they’re learning!

Let’s face it, when the whole family can get involved in hands-on learning, it’s much more memorable than anything that happens in a classroom. Be ready to jump into a ton of fun and educational activities. Who knows, you might even learn a thing or two.

2. The perfect combination of science, art and music!

Stunning visual art and music combine to turn education into an experience, not just a set of facts to remember. The team at OZ Arts and Adventure Science Center come together in perfect harmony to create a symphony of fun.

 3. There’s no place like OZ.

If you haven’t spent any time at OZ Arts, you really need to get out more! The organization delivers some of the most unique art experiences in Nashville.  Their annual Family Day is a shining representation of all things OZ (Ruby slippers not required.)

Don’t miss Family Day at OZ Arts on Saturday, August 18th from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.
