To start, Locust is opening with a 30-seat heated outdoor patio available for reservations and walk-ins. The dining room, which seats 44 people, will open soon. “We can’t wait to have you in to our little home,” said Trevor. “Come by, eat as many dumplings as you can, and finish them off with a shaved ice.”

Moran partnered with Strategic Hospitality to open Locust. Several local creatives were influential in its creation, including Arbol Woodworking, Heavy Fencing Company, Grills by Demant, DAAD, Lankford Decorating and Construction, and Resting State Design.

Locust is open Thursday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. For more information and to make a reservation, please visit www.locustnashville.com or follow @LocustNashville on Instagram.
